Spiced Almond Butter Bites

I’ve grown to love almond butter for its creamy, nutty flavor and smooth texture. It’s a great alternative to peanut butter and lends itself well to simple, wholesome snacks like these spiced energy bites.

I put this recipe together one afternoon while experimenting in the kitchen. After a few tweaks over a couple of weeks, it settled into the version I make now. The result is simple, flavorful energy bites that come together in minutes.

They’re lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg and—aside from an occasional pecan or walnut—have a smooth, satisfying texture.

Lighter Snack Option

Compared to energy bites loaded with dried fruit or multiple heavy nuts, these almond butter balls feel lighter while still offering healthy fats and protein. They make a great on-the-go snack or a quick breakfast addition.

A Quick Healthy Snack

You can make a batch in under five minutes—no baking or chill time required. Simply blend the ingredients in a food processor, roll into balls, and enjoy.
