Reese’s Peanut Butter Oat Bars Recipe — No-Bake Dessert Bars

Reese’s Peanut Butter Oat Bars – Rich, chewy oat bars layered with peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate. These indulgent bars are perfect for anyone craving a sweet, satisfying treat.

Reeses Peanut Butter Oat Bars

I adore any combination of caramel, peanut butter, and chocolate. These bars bring all three together into a single pan: a buttery oat base, a gooey peanut butter and condensed milk center, and plenty of chocolate on top. Homemade versions like this are even better than store-bought candy bars because they use fresh ingredients and bake up warm and comforting.

The texture is irresistible — a slightly crisp oat crust, a sticky-sweet filling, and melty chocolate chips mixed in. Quick or old-fashioned oats both work, giving the bars a pleasant chew and hearty bite.

For best results, use semi-sweet chocolate chips to balance the sweetness of the condensed milk and peanut butter. Scatter chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top for extra peanut-buttery pockets of candy goodness.

These bars are easy to make and ideal for potlucks, bake sales, or an after-dinner treat. Once cooled, cut them into squares and store in an airtight container so they stay soft and chewy.

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups oats quick or old fashioned

Filling:

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping:

  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups about 20 mini cups
