These chocolate spoons are a great way to use leftover candy melts from the hot cocoa bombs, or to add a decorative, chocolatey stir to a mug of hot chocolate or warm milk.

They also make a lovely addition to a princess-themed dessert table or a thoughtful party favor when paired with a cocoa bomb.

What do you need to make Beauty & the Beast Chocolate Spoons?

Ingredients to make the Disney Inspired Beauty & the Beast Chocolate Spoons

You can use leftover candy melts and sprinkles from the hot cocoa bomb project. Suggested items:

  • Yellow candy melts
  • Royal blue candy melts
  • Yellow sprinkles
  • Dark blue jimmies
  • Red, white, and gold sprinkle mix
  • Small gold crown decorations
  • Gold spoons (plastic or reusable)
  • Parchment paper or a silicone mat

How do you make Beauty & the Beast Chocolate Spoons?

1. Melt the candy melts in short bursts—30 seconds at a time—stirring between intervals until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.

2. Dip the spoons into the melted chocolate. Dip some spoons in yellow and some in royal blue to create the themed look.

3. Immediately add sprinkles and the small crown decorations while the chocolate is still wet so they adhere well.

4. Lay the spoons flat on parchment paper or a silicone mat to set. For faster results, place them in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Once set, use these spoons to stir hot cocoa bombs or warm milk. They melt slightly as you stir, releasing extra chocolate and a decorative flourish to your drink.

These spoons are also a charming gift: package a spoon and a cocoa bomb in a cellophane bag with a tag for a princess party favor or a small present.
