Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a muffin or cupcake pan.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, softened butter, and beaten eggs. Mix until smooth.
4. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
5. Shape the dough into balls, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.

6. Scoop dough into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
7. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
8. Immediately after removing the pan from the oven, press the center of each cookie gently with a shot glass or another small round object to create a well.

9. Spoon about one teaspoon (or more to taste) of Nutella into each cookie cup while they are still warm.
10. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs over the Nutella to create a “dirt” topping.
