This recipe couldn’t be easier. Add thawed frozen corn to a 4-quart crock pot, sprinkle with garlic-Parmesan popcorn seasoning, then stir to coat the corn evenly. Scatter cubed cream cheese over the top, cover, and cook until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy. Cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, stirring about halfway through to incorporate the cream cheese.

  • 2 tablespoons garlic Parmesan popcorn seasoning powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
