Serves: 12
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (16 oz) package mini marshmallows
  • 8 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 3–4 drops green food coloring
  • 36 mini Cadbury eggs
Instructions
  1. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Place the coconut in a small bowl and mix in the green food coloring until evenly colored; set aside.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and mini marshmallows. Microwave 1 minute, stir, then microwave 30 seconds more and stir until smooth. If needed, microwave an additional 15 seconds to finish melting.
  4. Stir half of the Rice Krispies into the melted marshmallow, then add the remaining cereal and mix until fully combined.
  5. Spray your hands with cooking spray. Divide the mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups, pressing gently and making a small well in the center of each to form the nest shape.
  6. Fill each nest center with a portion of the green-tinted coconut to resemble grass.
  7. Allow the nests to cool and set completely in the tin.
  8. Once cooled, place three mini Cadbury eggs in the center of each nest.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
