For years I’ve shared 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers and on social media. I love hearing from people who use these plans regularly — they help busy families stay organized and inspired in the kitchen.

If you’re new to these meal plans, each one usually includes five dinner recipes and one or two desserts. I aim for variety and flexibility so you can swap ingredients or save leftovers for lunches. I also recommend setting aside a day for leftovers to make the week even easier.

📅 Food Holidays

This week features a few fun food holidays that are perfect for trying new recipes or celebrating familiar favorites. They’re a great way to add inspiration and variety to your meal planning. Highlights include:

  • March 26 — National Spinach Day: a perfect excuse to make a spinach fatayer.
  • March 28 — National Something on a Stick Day: try grilled shish tawook or other skewered favorites.
  • March 31 — National Tater Day: bring out frozen tots for a comforting tater tot casserole.
